Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms under which the services offered by [Company name] are provided.

Article 3 – Quotations and orders

  • Payment by bank transfer;
  • Payment due within 30 days of the invoice date;
  • Late payment: applicable statutory penalties.

Article 6 – Performance of services

The company undertakes to use all reasonable means necessary for the proper performance of the services.

Any timeframes provided are estimates unless a specific contractual commitment has been made.

Article 7 – Liability

The company is subject to an obligation to use reasonable endeavours.

It may only be held liable in the event of proven fault, and its liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

Article 8 – Force majeure

Neither party may be held liable in the event of force majeure as defined by French case law.

Article 9 – Confidentiality

Each party undertakes to keep confidential all information exchanged within the commercial relationship.

Article 10 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before commencing legal proceedings.

If no agreement is reached, the courts having jurisdiction over the company’s registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction.
